Their customer service is top notch and they have every pattern of soft-soled shoe that you could want. And, if they don't have it, send them a picture (even from another brand) and they willl make it! Can't ask for more than that. I worked for an orthopedic surgeon who did an extensive amount of research on barefoot running (believe it or not, running shoes are all GARBAGE!) in adults and children and he found that barefeet are indeed the way to go! Which is great news for me, because as much as I love *looking* at shoes, I detest wearing them. *GASP!! I KNOW!!* I'm off to the Lucky Shoe Event at Macy's in Union Square in SF, CA... Ciao! These shoes in the so-called average B width, ay, they pinch and blister the much-maligned wide feets, causing the pain which makes even the most superfantastic girl cranky.
