In fact, one girl made her prom dress out of duct tape this year and was featured in the local newspaper for it. Her dress was adorable, but it was a shame to read that her mother had to cut it off of her when she came home. (Diane, she asks the Manolo's forgiveness if she is being the comment ho as of late.)
