Hmmm, what do ya’ll think of the recent Cream reunion? The review in the Guardian was way harsh.

If it is indeed the case that the Mic and the Keith are rocking for the thrill of performing rather than the money, it would be better if the good money that Scarlett is paying were slightly lower. In the Anaheim Stadium, the ticket price on the floor level is as high as $450 of the dollars. The Mic and the Keith could give us all a thrill by dropping the price for tickets.

The Scarlett did mean Sir Paul! She was so excited about the excellent seats she got due to ‘connections’ that she nearly fainted and perhaps scrambled a couple of brain cells! Sorry! She was also talking about Sir John of Elton just a few moments before and the “Venetian Nonsense” segment in the “Being Mick” DVD.

The Scarlett also celebrates that these people are still doing things that they love. They don’t need the money … they have more than they can ever possibly spend. It has to be because they still get a thrill out of the excitement of performing. That is what The Scarlett will be paying good money to see and encourage.

While the Mimi has never found the Mick to be personally appealing, she did listen to and enjoy the music of the Rolling Stones on vinyl. She agrees with the Scarlett, that at least the Mick keeps his shirt on, unlike the Mr. Pop. And he’s not out doing overtly evil things, like some others we know of….

The Mimi she would much rather see people active and productive and having fun, especially as they age, than adopting a sedentary lifestyle and heading for the home of the nursing.
