I am glad the Manolo seeks only the wedge of the shoes, and not the wedge of the underwear. The Carol, she finds both unsatisfying.
i usually hate the wedge heels, but these, these are quite nice.

Yes, the wedge is indeed elegant, and this is a pretty shoe. But it does not achieve perfection because the part that contains the ankle strap seems out of proportion, by being too heavy for the dainty wedge heel.
