The last man to wear spats correctly was surely the Mr. Bertram Wooster. And since the death of his creator, Mr. P. G. Wodehouse, it seems to the Annalucia that nobody else should even think about the spats, let alone wear them.
The Tia, she had to wear the spats in high school marching band. And that is too traumatic for the Tia to think of much more.
Tom Wolfe looks pretty cool in his spats; IMHO.
