Shoes for the Weekend at the Shore
Manolo says, the first holiday weekend of the summer it is here, and so the girl she needs the sandals for the trip to the shore to celebrate the arrival of the new season.

This limey-greeny shoe from the Beverly Feldman it is has the bow made of the rafia that makes the Manolo think of late afternoon, beach-side cocktails in the Hamptons.

This sandal from the Donald J. Pliner, it has the flat heel that makes it most suitable for the beach, but with the beaded flower on the upper, it will make you stand out from the rude masses wearing the plastic flip-flops.
And either of these, would they not look good with the pareo or the sarong?

Careful manolo…I think you are starting to like the beverly feldman despite yourself :)
Besides, isn’t being a shoe designer AND a blogger super fantastic?

Though I must say the blog has much to be desired!

Could it be that the Manolo originated in the Camden or the Philadelphia?
Yo, Manolo what’s with the “down the shore?”

Hey mches808, I was thinking the same thing. Being a south Jersey girl myself, I thought we were the only ones to use “the shore”.

yes, I think the rest of the world goes to “the beach.” But I don’t think the beach involves the Ocean Drive or Mac and Manko’s pizza.

Those limey-green shoes are so refreshing. Sadly, my fat feet won’t look good in them. Any recommendations for someone with wide feet? :(
