The Camera is so moved by Make A Wish that she almost forgot to ask: What shoes did Catherine the Great wear?

The Camera is also a big fan of Make A Wish. A good friend had a son the same age as #1-Son, who was attacked at three years of age by a nasty evil brain tumor that burrowed into his brain stem and could not ever be completely removed. Make a Wish sent their whole family to Disney World so this little boy could have a whole week of nothing but fun before the tumor killed him. A rather large and very nice change from his multiple months-long stays at UCLA Med Center...

Thank you, dear Manolo....! It was indeed a great event. Thank you for posting the link to the Make-A-Wish Foundaton. It is a wonderfully optimistic charity that focuses on helping a very sick child receive a wish that will help them remember what it is to be a kid again. My daughter received a "wish" three years ago and it meant so much to her (and I) to see her smile and laugh while riding her horse at a super fantastic dude ranch! I would do anything for this organization and I would encourage all your super fantastic friends who read this blog to consider foregoing the beautiful pair of the Manolos just this once and make a generous donation....their shoe money could send a little boy or girl a very special wish.
Thank you, the most generous, super fantastic Manolo for your post on the super fantastic night with the Hasselhoff!!!
