Oh, David Spade. How I fondly remember the “Hollywood Minute.” How I fondly remember you saying, “Hi. I burn bridges.” I miss those days, Mr. Spade. I miss them, terribly. Especially since you went “Federline” on me.
Doesn’t this guy have any funds for grooming? Where’d they find him, the homeless shelter? No wonder movie attendance is down. You wanna see a bum, you can go to the local park for free.
Karen, you’re right–he reminds me of the Barney Fife, too. The difference is that the David Spade is inadvertently a silly character, whereas the Barney Fife was intentionally one.

Someone needs to tell the naive boy that he’s not talented enough to be considered a brilliant and original eccentric.

Is that a pork-pie hat? I thought a pork-pie was flat and had a lower crown.
Is this like that thing where all of a sudden clam-diggers are capris?

The David Spade, he looked better with a mullet…

Isn’t that a Panama?
Either way, he needs the shave. And the bath.

Did you know that The Spade is related to THE Kate Spade? Just thought I’d share:)

Mimi, you are correct! The Spade will never match the talents of The Incredible Mr. Limpet.
