How very Gone with the Wind/ Carol Burnett.
She looks like a Home Ec assignment gone horribly, horribly awry.
Ayyyy, indeed. It appears to be a parody 80′s-style dress as well. (Watched “Bonfire of the Vanities” last night and enjoyed the very over-the-top 80′s fashions.)
Are those the all black high-top Chuck Taylor All-Stars she’s wearing with that outfit?! Heavens save us.
Word to Acquavivarreonpocho, design is NOT for you.
The Elvira, she suggests the good peoples visiting this site to click on the picture so that they may see other horrors from this non-designer. How did the Manolo decide which of the photographs to share? And the poor model, she looks like she would rather be refolding the sweaters at Gap. She has perfected the expression of “Why me?”
Wow. She looks like she’s about 18 and like she’d rather be anywhere else in the world. I bet when she thought of becoming a model, the possibility of actually having to walk around in front of people in sneakers and a bedspread never crossed her mind.
Is she wearing Cousin Minnie Pearls’ curtains? Oh, no, you’re quite right; drapery does cover it. Badly; but it does cover it…
Do you think housekeeping at the Motel 6 has noticed yet?
The Whine Mistress suggests that pehaps the Acquavivarreonpocho has imbibed just a tiny bit too much in the saki.
Looks like a dust mop to me!
I presume Scarlett O’Hara was the dress designer…
AskMom wonders why a child such as this was not taught respect for her own dignity. Young women may transcend their youthful foibles and even outgrow the memories of their lesser-clad appearances in the websites of the ill-repute, but this travesty could haunt the unfortunate mannekin forever.
That pic reminds me of an episode from the Carol Burnett show when she was spoofing Gone with the Wind. Sure, we can’t find a cure for cancer, HIV or Ebola, but damn can we humans drape fabric:)
At first, the picture came up as a red-x broken link. I got it to work, and promptly wished it hadn’t.
