Please, "The Manolo says the showing of the belly is the privilege, not the right." I live in Los Angeles, and would purchase several of the shirts with these words on them to wear on the weekends.

McAfee, where are there commas *missing*? I'm a grammar whore myself, but I don't see it. If anything, there are commas that appear to be extraneous, but are actually needed to successfully translate the speech pattern to written format.

And... Just so Anonymous doesn't feel alone, it weirds me out a bit to see so many other mini-Manolos, too. To each his/her own, and I'm happy that the Manolo is pleased by it, but I'm glad it's not happening to me.

I'm all asquee every time I see that another Manolo-fan has "voted" for my nomination (the "whatever biotch, I am the Manolo" line). I shall pee myself if it gets on a t-shirt.

McAfee, have you read "Eats Shoots & Leaves" by Lynne Truss? She seems to make the argument for fewer commas, rather than more (a British preference, I think). Plus, in certain situations, such as when writing creatively, the rules can be broken - to great effect. I'm also on the lookout for punctuation and grammatical errors, but I find nothing offensive about Manolo's writing. Perhaps in his case, the errors, they enhance the meaning and better indicate the cadence of speech?

I love me some Manolo, but I can't bring myself to wear a T-shirt that isn't properly punctuated. Manolo, you're a genius, but some of your catch phrases are missing essential commas. Add them and I'll start shopping.

The Manolo, once again with this quote, proves that his wisdom knows no bounds:

"Manolo says, it is a rule of the Manolo, that some of the times, the caution, the super fantastic girl, she must throw it to the wind."
