Manolo says, the Manolo’s internet friend the Miss Meghan she is blogging about the WSA show, the huge shoe trade show and convention held this week in the Las Vegas.

The information is most useful: I will look for plums and forest greens. But I am perplexed by these instructions: the scrunched mid calf boot with saucy heel you will want one pair in a neutral color.
But what, I wonder plaintively, is a ‘saucy heel’? Can the Manolo enlighten me?
