After taking several minutes to look at this blog, I have one suggestion:
Maybe spending a little less cash on the shoes and a little more on the pedicures would not be such a bad call….

I was thinking the same thing. Nice shoes, but not so nice feet. Ack!

Some of those pointy toed shoes could be used as a weapon. Let’s stick with the closed toe-heels. No open toes.

Is it just me, or do some of those pics make her feet look like they are a size 12 in men’s?
And honey, go here: http://www.lamisil.com
*cringe*

Seriously, JayKay. I’d have said most of those pics are men’s feet in drag.
Of course, it may be just that if one has very long, narrow feet, then long, narrow shows — with big pointy toes to make them look even longer — are not the best possible choice.

It could also be the angle. I have very tiny feet, but sometimes in pictures they look big, depending upon the angle from which the photo was taken. Nevertheless, I agree — in this case the blogger’s feet looked big and very poorly pedicured in most of the photos. Not attractive!!

Okay I was going to talk about her feet but everyone else got there first. Yech!

No one can help the shape of their feet, but the lack of hose with such nice dress shoes is inexcusable.

No — it’s the TOES that gross me out. Very long with a bulb-like ending….reminds me of…..well, you know!) I agree — spend some cash on the feet, not the shoes!

They are pretty shoes. Very. But I think her feet would look better in other shoes. I, for example, have short toes and some sandals with straps hit them in unfortunate places so that my little toe can peak out; I simply don’t buy those shoes!
Suggestions:
1. People with long toes should avoid toe cleavage.
2. People with big feet should avoid long, pointy shoes.
3. If you’re going to display your feet (especially in a blog), pretty them up. Paint those nails. Seriously, some laquer might distract from the shape of these toes!
4. If you’re going to display your feet wearing shoes, find a better angle. Prop your feet up on a tuffet and point your toes, for example.
However, she is right to not wear stockings. They are over.

I would like to speak in defense of ugly feet, because mine are certainly horribly-shaped (thanks Mom and Dad!). And in addition to that, I’m a runner, which certainly makes for some unattractive bumps and bulges around the pressure points. I do indeed enjoy the pretty shoes and endeavor to keep my feet as attractive as possible, but sometimes there’s only so much you can do with what God has given you.
Be that as it may, at least I’m not posting photos of my feet online - which would cause me to agree with the posters about maybe making extra-sure that the feet are in their best condition possible before snapping a pic.

The Scarlett - If you look under the Trends section, you will see that the Manolo does not agree with your stand on stockings. Really, you don’t think those feet and legs would look better with stockings? Of course the Scarlett has very nice legs and does not need them, but myself, I am well past my teens, so I will continue to wear hosiery as appropriate.
