The Cut
Manolo says, last week, while the Manolo was travelling, many of the Manolo’s internet friends emailed him to ask if he had seen the Evil One on the Tommy Hilfiger’s ridiculous “reality” show, The Cut.
The Manolo he made the pledge when he first heard of this show, that he would not watch the single episode. The wisdom of this, it has now been confirmed, as happily, the Manolo he did not see the Evil One sweep into the studio of the television accompanied by his legion of young, handsome, flying monkeys.
Thus, the Manolo he has avoided having many nightmares.

Those of us who listened to the wisdom of Manolo and avoided exposure to this unfortunate event are grateful indeed!

You missed The Evil One looking like a complete moron while trying to be hipper than thou. On a serious note, I will say that the camera got a really good shot of him right after he came in and he was shaking a bit in a manner that made me wonder if Lagerfeld has Parkinson’s disease. As nasty as the Lagerfeld is, I wouldn’t wish that disease on anyone.

I recently cancelled my long-time subscription to “Vanity Fair”. I’d been thinking of it for some time, but when they had the Evil One do the Proust Questionaire, it was the last straw.
Not the ante-penultimate, nor yet the penultimate, but indeed, the ultimate straw.

Thank you, thank you, thank you all for confirming my choice not to watch yet another ludicrious ‘reality’show. For the camera to venture into my favorite arena of fashion was simply too too much for Zippy to cope with period.
