I am a girl who works as an accountant for an auction house that sells off industrial equipment. Therefore, oftentimes, I have to go to dirty, oily factories and walk around on broken-up concrete floors. I also feel compelled to dress up for these auction days. Does wearing an expensive shoe usually mean more comfort? Walking around for 5 hours straight on concrete in heels can be very unforgiving. Are pricier shoes worth the extra cost in terms of comfort and wearability? Manolo,
