holy cow, that woman has got some powerful looking thighs! combined with that wicked look she’s always got on her face, she looks awesome. i’m sorry, i know naomi is supposedly a giant bitch, but she is superfantastic amazonian goddess in my book!

She looks none too thrilled with these ridiculous costumes. Still, she’s being paid probably tens of thosands of dollars per day, enough to overcome any petulance.

I think she looks more like Delft Blue or English Willow china than a Hummel figure, says someone whose mama has a ton o’ that Hummel shit!

Manolo, have you ever told us what you DO at these fashion do’s?

Right on DP- she thinks, “Shee-it, you couldn’t pay me ten grand to wear… oh, right.”

Naomi is a goddess. The clothes, Manolo has appropriately categorized them.

(Although often I think “bad fashion” is simply too kind, and too much of an understatement, to really describe the horrors that end up there!)

Those outfits definitely fall into the category of “what were they thinking?” What Naomi was thinking is clear…and she’ll be able to laugh all the way to wherever she banks. Which is only fair, because no-one else could have made those outfits look even half as good!

The Manolo did not say for whom the Naomi was modelling. One can only hope she has not followed the trendiness of the models that must have their own clothing lines, because if that is so, the hope for hers is nil.

Perhaps something designers should keep in mind: If it doesn’t look good on Naomi Campbell, you are definitely doing something wrong.

Zippy shakes her head, utters ‘ugh,’ and says, “I don’t know what to say about such strange so-called fashions.”

Nice to see a bit of muscle on a model. Most seem to be barely more than animated clothes hangers. On lots and lots of cocaine.

I’m not surprised to see Stefani’s L.A.M.B up there in all its ugly glory.

Manolo, I thought for sure you’d have a write up on the Emmy’s. I was looking forward to your comments.

She looks like she’s about to burst out laughing in that last picture.

Damn, that woman can make just about anyhting look good. Or is it just her that looks good? Hard to concentrate on the clothes…

In the middle picture it looks like there’s a seam down the middle, and the lines don’t even match up. Forget about good taste or attractiveness (or lack thereof)–where’s the quality control?

  16. Wadda Pradda September 25, 2005 at 11:59 pm #

The Wadda Pradda agrees, yes, it may be over for the Naomi. She, with the tired hair weave and the evil-looking scowl, she scares Wadda Pradda to death! Maybe if the Manolo or the Wadda Pradda made tens of thousands of dollars to WALK the way the Naomi does, we, the Manolo and the Wadda Pradda, would at least TRY to look happy. The Wadda Pradda says, the Naoimi, she should GROW UP.
