Franco Sarto makes my feet happy, especially since most of them have that nice suble rubber bottom that makes handling the roads of Boston that much easier. Love em!

I buy Italian-made shoes from private boutiques and they are fabulous. The leather is oh-so-luxurious…and it doesn’t cost me much. Manolo is right..Italian shoes will always be the best.

I blame this site for my extravagences in spending on shoes this year. I bought at least 5 new pairs of shoes - I’ve never done that.

Seriously, though, most of the shoes that you put as beautiful for women have heels. I understand that heels are pretty, but I HATE THEM.

Am I a complete cretin for always wanting to wear mostly flat shoes?

The Franco Sarto shoes, they are indeed most comfortable and affordable. And in this case, easy on the eyes.

Again, nice simple shoes. I could wear the first one, had I anything to wear it with. ^-^

Of course I like fall clothing best and wear dark colors year round. It is bad, I look bad, but I am comfortable, tidy and ready for the unexpected demise of anybody.

I’ve worn Franco Sarto shoes for years, and have found them to be durable, stylish and comfortable. Even now, when I can afford a few pairs of the superfantastic shoes, there are still a few pairs of Sarto’s in my regular rotation. I like the second one you’ve pictured here.
