I am mortified to say that I have a stepcousin who at 8 months pregnant proudly walked down the aisle with her father and stepfather who, wait for it, were both carrying shotguns. Did I mention that she and the groom had known each other for one solid week before she became preggers. Delightful. There are many lovely photos on the Internet of various members of the bridal party and the shotguns. I would love to direct you all to them, but for the sake of family harmony, I can’t.
