The Annalucia, she does not understand this at all; she saw nothing “mean” in the Elayne’s comment.
And she is, herself, a cat person. But she is all in favor of no-kill shelters and the humane treatment of those who go upon four legs, so she heartily approves of “Doggie Love Day” and hopes it will bring a truckload of the American dollars to the Animal Haven Shelter.

Cat person? Wow, elayne, you don’t have to get mean with the insults!

I have just been informed by the resident cat lover in my household (reading over my shoulder) that I only feel the way I do because no cat has ever liked me. I can’t deny the truth of that. ;)

Huh… I would have pegged you as more of a cat person. (My two dogs ask me to add that there is nothing at all amiss with being a dog person, and my cat doesn’t see what us woefully inadequate creatures are making such a fuss about.)
