La BellaDonna agrees with the Christina; and to her, it seems as if the Chelsea Clinton's dramatic eyes are not in the same category as the little Hollywood clones.

La BellaDonna, she has read with some amusement the ukases of the beauty pundits, who proclaim the emphasising of the one feature (Just the Eyes! or Just the Lips!) over the balance of the total look, and she has gone on serenely wearing her red lipstick with the black eyeliner for the many, many years. Sometimes the shade of red, it varies; sometimes the amount of the eyeliner, it various, depending on La BellaDonna's mood; but always, La BellaDonna she wears the lipstick AND the eyeliner, opting for a balanced, polished look, rather than the fad of the moment (the Rachel Zoe look, it should be accessorized with the toe tag). The eyeliner, it will have to be pried out of La BellaDonna's cold, dead fingers. The only time La BellaDonna, she has not applied the careful eyeliner, was when the eyelids, they were recovering from the tattooing.

I love Chelsea Clinton. She's a girl with some class. No drunken bashes ending in DUI or arrest for her, nope. It's university, a suitable boyfriend and understated (and unasked for) celebrity. She could wear sackcloth and ashes and I'd still love her, so I hope this is a simple slip that will be quickly corrected.
As for the other girls, is anyone else eerily reminded of Stepford Wives? Everyone looking alike?

Never teh Bride, you are correct! Mary Kate DOES look exactly like The Joker. I kind of feel for Chelsea, though. She looks like a "regular" girl who was thrust into the spotlight, trying to emulate and fit in with the "in" crowd, but not being endowed with the good bone structure or physique of celebrities, ends up only looking somewhat silly.

Maurina, by saying, "Please don’t condone the use of smoky eyes, the Manolo," you're asking Manolo to not forgive the use of smoky eyes. Judging from the rest of your comment, you actually LIKE the smoky eye effect and yet, you're telling him to condemn it. hmm.....

For a stylist, Zoe is pretty much a one-trick pony.

But why on earth would somebody pay thousands of dollars to be made ugly? You can buy lots of nice shoes, or lots of shoes for the children of Africa instead... "Stars" can be so stupid.

Several years ago Chelsea Clinton was photographed at a Versace show with Gwyneth Paltrow and Madge. At that time, she had already adopted the look of blackened rims. As to the Rachel Zoe "look", it's amusing because it seems to be based upon my collection of old bridesmaid's dresses from the 70's! Rachel Zoe, are you trying to steal my look??

The 60s' look is dead and gone girls. Get over it, We boomers are pushing 60 and want to forget those days, (if we have any sense!)
