That’s St George’s Cross - the English flag (which, together with St Andrew’s Cross and St Patrick’s Cross, makes up the Union Jack).

I saw Oprah with not only the face behind Jimmy Choo but Marc Jacobs as well. I was so happy for that whole hour. Lots of gorgeous shoes, bags, and clothes.
