In her closet are several pairs of the wedges, saved and treasured and protected from dust until such time as they would be stylish again, and again. Though expensive for one spring, over the life of the woman the wonderful wedges are indeed a wise investment!

I think that I might need to stop coming here. Every day I come, find at least one pair of really beautiful shoes, but my shoe budget is 20% of what the shoes of my affection is. It’s enough to make a poor (double meaning intended) girl cry.

That Giuseppe Zanotti wedge is something else – sort of a cross between an 1950′s stripper and the movie Gladiator…what surprises me is that I actually like it! I’d never, ever be able to wear it – but it’s fabulous nonetheless. Bravo Manolo

I am jealous of the Posse Manolo and they way they roll. I adore the Forum Shops.

The Taryn Rose store there, however, seems to employ vague, clueless types that have been rejected by both the circus and drama school, and who live to text message and not sell shoes.

On the other hand, a bit further into the Forum Shops, are the Tod’s shop and Cavalli, both of which employ the extremely zealous and obsequious type you described working at the Wynn.
