Sigh. After I left W. H'Wood and moved to Newport Beach (Narcissistic Bleach), the closest I could get to Giorgio's puttanesca was to drive 10 blocks to Gelson's. Or 12 blocks to Bristol Farms. The 60+ miles for the real deal were well worth the trip. It is one of the best in Los Angeles and certainly better than anything in Orange County. Now that I am in Texas (!) Rao's is the best in the grocery store. Thanks for the memories. Giorgio. Sigh.
