Like Victoria O, I love him dearly, too. When he was (a lot) younger, he was in a cute PBS romantic movie with Susan Sarandon, where she played a woman who travelled a lot on her job, and never got to date. He played a small town boy who was active in the local town theatre. They end up being in a play together, and they fall in love. He was so cute then! He hadn't honed his creepy persona which seems to have gotten him so much work. In addition, he's an incredible hoofer. I will always adore Christopher Walken.

Only 63? He truly looks closer to 83. I have always thought he was a weird looking guy but he's pretty cool. I hope he isn't sick, cause it sucks to be sick.

It's true that the very wonderful Christopher Walken looks not at all well here, and the Norma is among those who are somewhat concerned for him. But this is also an illustration of how much of a role lighting plays in photography. Glaring, harsh light, which this is, as you can see from the blazing reflection bouncing off the backdrop behind him, washes out color; those who are already pale-complected are rendered ashen and grim. It's possible that, in a better light, he would be much less of a candidate for a remake of "Nosferatu".
