I forgot I had them on most of the day and noticed Found many benefits of wearing them at the shore

Looooove mine! Seriously, best shoes ever -- and I normally am such a shoe snob. But wearing these while exercising and walking around the neighborhood has helped me undo a lot of the damage done by my cute shoes. Seriously, they are soooo good for your feet, legs, back, and overall posture. And if you are a runner, please look into the benefits of barefoot running (Born to Run is a good book to start with) -- not to mention the hazards of wearing normal running shoes, and yes that includes that $200 pair you bought that's supposed to be good for you but isn't. These aren't exactly barefoot running, but you'll get the benefits without the ickiness.

And yes, they are comfy -- very comfy. It doesn't matter if your toes don't go all the way to the ends. It's just fine. They have a good big of stretch in them, too. There are different models, though, and you'll want to try them out to see what is best. I found the classic model came up on my heel too much, but the Sprints are perfect for me. My husband loves his KSOs, though.

More info here and in comments, especially:

To concur with jj, these may serve a purpose in certain settings very well, but it seems that those who buy things like this have a tendency to wear them in every setting but the appropriate ones. My first exposure to these was the other night when sure enough a man I know who otherwise seems to be a good judge of things, wore them to a presentation on family relations. All eyes, on his feet. No compliments were emitted. Had we been in the forest or rock climbing maybe.... In this setting however, they just appeared even more odd looking.
