But at least Ingrid Bergman had narrow feet – Wallis Simpson’s look big *and* wide (just like my own.)

Hmmmm, very interesting. And I always thought Audrey Hepburn had such huge feet (based on that movie – Funny Face? can’t remember – with Fred Astaire where she’s dancing in flats that make her feet look humongous!) They really aren’t that much bigger than anyone else’s.
