   I too love Marcus Samuelsson.

   We had the pleasure of dining at Aquavit a number of years ago. Our entire meal was superb.

   Marcus made the tour of the dining room and by chance he stopped at our table and chatted with us for a while. He was humble, charming, and delightful. I was thrilled to chat with him as I’d long been a fan of his.
