The sad thing is, so many people don’t know that the pants are too long and would see nothing wrong with the trousers. He’s the dictator of an entire nation, you’d think he could conscript a decent tailor.

The Kim Jong Il looks to me like he stuck his finger in a light socket - I have seen hairdos in Revere, MA that are lower than that.
Instead of the lifts, maybe we could send the folks at Balco to N. Korea to supply him with HGH. That would kill several birds with a single stone.
