Ah yes, but the Cate Blanchett’s colorist must get the better tip. Hahaha!

  2. Verity Kindle Says:

Oh, Cate. The pointy shoulderpads. Good heavens. You are so lovely, why do you make yourself look like a Martian linebacker?

  3. jw Says:

    v.k.-
there is no reason to insult linebackers.

  4. Wayne Says:

At least the Cate Blanchett has the clearer skin…

  5. Samantha Says:

Sad and true. I’m hoping she turns up to a premiere on a Harley wearing leathers.

  6. Maureen Says:

Cate Blanchett as David Bowie in “You Can’t Always Get What You Want”, starring Angelina Jolie as Mick Jagger.

  7. Say What? Says:

“Maureen Says: Cate Blanchett as David Bowie in “You Can’t Always Get What You Want”, starring Angelina Jolie as Mick Jagger”

LOL - Now there is a video match up!

My first thought was The Cate was doing a biography of “Mr. Stardust” - The Pink, I just don’t understand her, therefore I guess she is “Mizzunderstood.”

  8. Maureen Says:

Hey, she is playing Bob Dylan… Bowie’s not that much of a stretch. A little taping down, a little packing…

  9. e Says:

Perhaps, but she manages to look good, and not like a Replicant.

  10. me Says:

I can’t say why, but Pink kind of weirds me out. It seems like she wants people to see her as a rocker, but to me, she always came across as a poser. Am I the only one who feels like this?

  11. Julia Says:

Cate looks silly, sure, but poor Pink’s hair looks like it belongs on one of those troll dolls. Conditioner is your FRIEND, Pink.

  12. Brian Says:

Our take on le Pink: Billy Idol circa 1989.

Cate, sadly, looks more like Vanilla Ice.

  13. la petite chou chou Says:

Not to defend Pink, but those aren’t pimples. They’re moles.

    They both look ridiculous.
