Playing Dress Up
Manolo says, the Manolo would say that these were her mother’s shoes, except the Manolo is not sure if this girl and her sister have the mother. Indeed, sometimes he thinks they were raised by the feral dogs who were good at marketing.
P.S. Many thanks to the Manolo’s internet friend the Elayne for the link to the picture.

Damned sad for little girls with all the money in the world.

This Shows great love towards mother

Someone buy these girls a sandwich. Seriously, I think their next picture will have flies crawling around their eyes and an appeal from Sally Struthers.

Hmmm.
Thank God I was born a guy. Those shoes look incredibly uncomfortable.

Ouch! those feet are screaming in pain.
Then you look at the full pic, and their eyes are so huge, you know their bodies are screaming in pain for food and love!

Toe cleavage - yuck.

I gave my niece some shoes like that when she was about 6 - just for playing dress-up, of course. Her mother took them away from her - she said she might hurt herself. But her mother’s choice of shoes is fake Birkenstocks. When pointy-toes came back in style (or at least reached the deep South), I gave the same niece some pointy-toed boots that I didn’t like (she was old enough to wear them by then). Said-mother made some snotty comments about pointy toes and I never saw the boots again. Later on I saw the niece in some of mom’s 1990’s chunky heeled cast-offs.

Louboutins are so high, I won’t even try them on. These are at least a size too big. Ouch!

The poor little rich girls cannot find shoes that fit? Amazing!
High heels do not have to hurt. But those hurt just to look at.

The shoes are brown. The bag is black. The belt is green.
And I am nauseous!
January 16th, 2007 at 9:25 pm
Those girls look terrible. What?!? Was it the stylist’s day off?

You know you’re aging gracefully when people younger than you begin to look… shriveled and sad and much older than they should be.
January 17th, 2007 at 1:51 am
Hmmmm.
And someone needs to lead them by the hand to the buffet table.
I’d like to meet the guy who really thinks ultra-thin girls are attractive. No guy I know thinks this.
January 17th, 2007 at 2:06 am
Yes, well, what I want to know is who invited the Tin Woodsman? I think Ashley and M-K could also do with some oil.

How can you tell which one has the eating disorder?
January 17th, 2007 at 3:21 pm
How do they keep their shoes from getting stinky? No pantyhose. Ick.
January 18th, 2007 at 2:39 pm
Ouch and unattractive. If you must suffer at least it should look good.
January 18th, 2007 at 7:18 pm
They really need to come to terms that they’re short and those 5 inch heels and those abominations they’ve been wearing as boots are NOT fooling anyone.
That and their brow lifts make them look like monkeys.

Then consider, the one in the green dress is even taller than the one in the shoes…so that obviously beggs the question, what is at/on her feet under that green dress?
And thank god SOMEONE mentioned the metal-legged beast in the background…

What’s wrong with toe cleavage, Phyllis? I like showing off my toe cleavage. That point aside, I can’t imagine how she walks in those. I bet she has a handler carry her around.
