hmm…. I think it’s gonna take more than one lesson. most of those gals looked acutely uncomfortable….
What shoes were they all wearing? They were super cute.
Manolo, your friend Miss Meghan is superfabulous, but Rachael Ray is evil. And nothing she does will ever convince me otherwise.
As a Morris-dancing friend used to say to us, think of your torso as a “coddled egg in a cup”. Get right with your center of gravity, and everything else will follow.
The jj would like to make it through the whole clip and learn to walk like a goddess in heels. But the voice Rachel Ray makes the jj want to rip out all the hairs on her head. I’d rather have a lush mane and waltz around in flats than listen to another shrill note from that harpy.
Congratulations to Miss Meghan for getting the attention she well deserves! What a quandary that must have been for her… to Rachael Ray or not? She made the right choice.
Oh, RR… she’s an insufferable hag. I often email my husband a photo of her in one of her “sexy” domestic outfits. I can always tell when he has received it because he yells in distress from the other side of the house.
Just say it, woman. Ex-tra vir-gin ol-ive oil.
mrs. dalloway cannot watch the clip, due to the same aversion mentioned by the shoe fans above. perhaps miss meghan could post an edited version, muting the voice and fuzzing out the scary smiling of the ray-person? perhaps some anonymous YouTube-ite shall do it for us.
I don’t know this Ray-person but I do know that it is terribly important to know how to walk in high heels. Once I had a person tell me that for many years she did not believe I was a “local girl” since I could walk in high heels.
I don’t know if that was a compliment, or not.
There’s nothing worse than seeing a woman “trying to walk in heels”. The show was really informative, which is unusual mission accomplished for RR.
