When I search for “Consolation of the Shoes” at Amazon, it returns a pair of flip-flops and “Consolation for an Exile” by Caroline Roe. The fact that Roe’s book looks interesting notwithstanding, I am wishing that the Manolo’s own book showed up. Couldn’t you sell it on Amazon, where I trust my credit card # most?

Manolo, I’m dying for this book, but the site doesn’t ship to India, and Amazon doesn’t have it. Please help.
