If You Must Have the Platform Shoes
Manolo says, yes, the Manolo thinks that the platform mania is coming to the end, but that does not mean that you should not enjoy it while it lasts, just that you should do so in the shoes that will not break your leg.

Meh. I won’t. I’m already tall and skinny enough—not to highlight it with the platforms too, which in my opinion make people’s feet look bigger.

I don’t like the cork look. I think the “black soft pat/black stack” option is much more attractive in my humble opinion.

They say platforms are going to last at least to next Spring (2008) and they are going to get higher, and the heels are going to get thinner. But it is predicted that people will still be wearing them into the 2010 decade, depending on how drastically they follow fashion.
