Manolo says, there were 53 entries for the Build the Outfit contest at the Manolo’s Super Fantastic Forums.

The Manolo jumbled up the entries and randomly picked one name from his hat. And the super fantastic winner was the MiscMama, who submitted the entry which paired the Giuseppe Zanotti geometric wedge sandals with this green purse, the white sunglasses, and this simple Isaac Mizrahi white dress from the Target.

As the prize the MiscMama will recive the $100 gift certificate from the Zappos!

The Manolo liked this one so much that he has decided to award the Edot the super unnanounced second prize of the $50 gift certificate from the Zappos.

Dear Manolo,

In a few weeks I’m supposed to be a bridesmaid in a dressy evening wedding, wearing a flowy, knee-length black dress. Because I am 27 weeks pregnant and a bit wobbly when walking, I need to wear something either flat or very low and stable. Strappy would be best for my swollen feet. Also, because the shoes probably won’t fit after I give birth I don’t want to spend too much.

Manolo says, the Manolo has such sympathy for the pregnant ladies, especially those who must take part in the fancy dress ritual which undoubtedly involves much standing and perhaps even the out-of-control bridezilla who is worried that you will go into labor during the cake cutting.

“If you start to feel contractions, can’t you just squeeze it back until at least the first dance is over?”

It is the sincere belief of the Manolo that the pregnant ladies should not be obliged to participate in the weddings parties, indeed, it is the belief of the Manolo that the pregnant ladies should not even be obliged to walk. They should be carried from place to place on the palanquin, like Cleopatra.

Apparently the Manolo’s blogs are growing so quickly that they have outgrown the Manolo’s hosting company, and now the Manolo needs to look for the new “VPS hosting”.

If you know of the good company please let the Manolo know as soon as possible so that he can make his decision, as he must complete the move by the end of the month.

P.S. Please forgive the Manolo for having to speak of such mundane matters. This sudden development has unnerved him greatly.
