Help!
I just found a gorgeous pair of BCBG Max Azria rhinestone-bedecked platino flats (the “Charleen”–named after me!) in my size, but when I wrote “Manolo” in the “sales and discounts” box, I was rudely informed, “The promotional code you entered is not valid.”
What to do? I can’t afford these shoes at $210, but at $155, they’re just right.

The Manolo has been told that the word “Manolo” is case sensitive. If that does not work, send the Manolo the email and he will contact the Shoefly peoples.
