    Dolly Parton?

  2. Amanda Says:

    The Cher?

  3. Phyllis Says:

    Star Jones?

  4. QkSlvrGrl Says:

    Gotta be Dolly Parton.

  5. gemdiva Says:

    Hello Dolly!

  6. Becky Says:

I will join the Dolly Parton groupies!

  7. Katie Says:

    Dolly!

  8. K Says:

Bucking the trend, I am going to say Bette Midler.

  9. K Says:

I am sure, however, that I am wrong.

  10. Melissa Says:

Shania Twain? (Dolly seems like the best bet, but I thought I’d throw another name out there.)

  11. DinDin Says:

    I’m guessing it’s Dolly Parton.

  12. tamrabee Says:

it must be the dolly parton!

  13. Kate Says:

    Celine Dion!

  14. a girl Says:

    Oh that’s Dolly.

  15. Mrs E Says:

    Oh it’s definitely Dolly Parton

  16. slownews Says:

Let’s see, a star of country and western music (I like both!) who is of a certain age. I think Dolly is probably it, but I’ll go out on a limb and guess Reba McEntire.

  17. Lolo Says:

how about… Liza Minelli? (sorry, can’t spell her last name)

  18. Sarah Says:

I’m with Kate, I’m saying Celine Dion!

  19. Bibliovixen Says:

The lovely curves of those legs, the height of those heels, and I think those boots are from an album cover my friend owns…I’m going with Dolly Parton.

  20. Lori Says:

Those flashy bell bottoms remind me of Charo.

  21. daisyj. Says:

I was going to say Celine Dion, but having read the answers here I’m going to switch over and agree with the Dolly partisans. I think that pink dress looks like what she was wearing to the Oscars this year.

  22. Sara Says:

I’m jumping on the Dolly bandwagon, mostly because I am 99% positive she wore that pink gown to a recent Oscar ceremony.

  23. caitlin Says:

I say Dolly Parton. Who else wears pantyhose with open-toed shoes? Or cowboy boots, for that matter.

  24. Sam Says:

    The Dolly of The Parton

  25. isabella Says:

    dolly parton

  26. Orora Says:

    Definitely the Dolly Parton

  27. Lauren Says:

    Dolly Parton?

  28. Lauren Says:

Yep, Dolly Parton it is. Platform heels, hose with open toe shoes, western motif. The circumstantial evidence is overwhelming.

  29. Redblur63 Says:

    The RuPaul?

  30. Hester from Atlanta Says:

Its got to be Dolly Parton! Who else would were such outrageous stuff.

  31. Hannah Says:

it is dolly parton, for sure for sure.

  32. matteo Says:

    Dolly Parton!

  33. LaVida2 Says:

    Dolly, Dolly Baby!
    (in my best non-singing voice)

  34. slsimom Says:

    I second Liza Minelli.
    but it’s probably Dolly. . . .

  35. Atari Says:

It’s definitely Dolly Parton. I remember those white shoes from the Oscars, singing that song for Transamerica.

  36. Atari Says:

How could you think that’s Celine Dion? She would never wear stuff like that. And her legs are a lot leaner.

  37. Whitney Says:

Finally, one that’s easy for me – the fabulous shoes of the fabulous Tennessee Songbird, Miss Dolly Parton!

  38. thepinkeminence Says:

Um, I definitely think it’s Cher. I don’t know why, it’s just gotta be.

  39. ayla Says:

I think it’s Charo. And if I’m only the second person to get it right, I want an honorable mention. lol.

  40. jami Says:

    the cher!!!
