Throws Like the Girl
Manolo says, Nurse Ratched Shoes.
The Daily Mail renders it differently.
Californians are better known for their laid back approach to fashion, but Posh Spice has given them anything but, even donning towering heels disguised as trainers when she took to the pitch for the Americans’ other favourite pasttime - baseball.
Mrs Beckham tried out the sport as part of a reality television series which follows her first moves around Los Angeles.
Just what the world needs, more Posh Spice and her glowering puss of mustard.

Auf, with all due respect, I have a fundamental problem with trainers with heels or wedges. Unless it’s due to a medical problem that happens to these people who are constantly on very high heels. I have a feeling it’s meant to be a style thing… ayah.

I’m just not sure she’s going to be the “thing” in this country that she was in England. If anyone watches this reality show of hers it’s going to be for her hubby. Beckham was a national treasure when he was in England…at the top of his game. Posh on the other hand is not the style goddess she thinks she is. I have found very little in your bag of fashion that I could say I liked…maybe that haircut…

You know, when I initially blogged about these Dries van Noten horrors, I could not imagine for the life of me that anyone, much less a style maven like Posh, would ever, EVER consider them. How wrong of me!

I was wondering if she is actually throwing the ball in one of the ugliest move ever or if she is trying to catch without a glove… ?

I don’t care for the Posh any more than anyone else here, but those shoes are very teh cute!
June 28th, 2007 at 9:48 am
You all aren’t of the opinion that those are REAL trainers, are you? They’re so “kinky nurse roleplay” shoes!
June 28th, 2007 at 9:54 am
The Fatosh asks the Manolo not to consider Vic anytime .. waste of time. :-)
June 28th, 2007 at 10:03 am
Haha! She would be the one to wear those.

“glowering puss of mustard”
that has got to be the most eloquent and accurate statement ever written about Posh Spice
and now that the pinnacle of what can be said about her has been reached - GPM - hopefully no one will ever write anything about her again
(if only)

She looks so old. What in the world did she do to her skin and hair?
June 28th, 2007 at 4:19 pm
I just feel that tennis shoes or whatever you want to call these need heels. I just feel that the whole thing just doesn’t work well together.

Would someone please slap Posh with a dose of “Be-yotch, the world doesnt revolve around you!”
July 1st, 2007 at 10:41 am
Way to turn your ankle, Posh.
I wish she’d lighten up.
