10,000 Subscribers!

Manolo says, two months ago, the Manolo wrote about being in the top 100 most subscribed blogs on the internets. And now, as of this morning, the Manolo has moved into the five digits, with over 10,000 subscribers!

Truly, it is the great wonder that so many peoples enjoy reading the ridiculous musings of the humble shoe blogger. And thus each morning the Manolo awakes ever thankful for the kindness and support of his many internet friends.

Nothing ridiculous about it. I am green with envy, but in a good way of course. I love the Manolo! Congratulations on your success!

Well you’ve got a good head on your shoulders. You always see the big picture, you are very observant and knowledgable. I think of you as a leader among men. Good job.

    Felicitaciones!
Aunque muchas veces no entiendo muy bien lo que escriben, son fanática de ver la cantidad de diseños de zapatos que se pueden inventar.

How do we know the Manolo is the man? Is it because of the “man” in the “Manolo”? Or is it because we think only the man can show such exquisite taste while doing the playfulness about it? Is it because we secretly suspect (or hope) that the Manolo is the “bad boy” and we the women (who I’m sure without even checking form the majority of the Manolo’s readership) cannot resist the scoundrel who understands the longing of the women’s heart?
