They are from the Belgian artist Paul Schietekat who made them in polyester and they were available at the "A8" Gallery in the Abrahamstraat in Gent (near the Gravensteen). All 10 pairs were sold out, but he's busy now making some new pairs, soon available at the A8... I’m sorry Manolo:
