ugh. I have nothing but loathing for Juliet Lewis. I’ve never liked her in or for anything. Listening to her blather on and on just made me question her level of education. Little Edie on the other hand, was fantastically weird. The Beales of Gray Gardens was quite the documentary.
I’m not crazy about Juliette either and I had almost entirely forgotten her showing up to the Academy Awards on the arm of Brad Pitt in her ‘gangster braids’. hee hee
However I don’t think she is much like Little Edie, I’m so sorry to disagree dear Manolo.

I have loathed Juliette Lewis from the first moment I saw her. I assumed it was an irrational gut reaction to something I could not identify about her. Now I see that I have much company in my loathing.
I still don’t know exactly why, when I look at her, I feel creeped out beyond description.
I’m just gonna say it: Juliette Lewis is a freak. There. I feel better. The first time I ever saw her was in “The Other Sister” and now I’ve decided that THAT is the quintessential character for her. Bad actress and as this video demonstrates, bad singer.
Why is Juliette Lewis wearing the rag of dish swabbing upon her empty head?
