Gloria Arroyo here in Manila last month he got wet in the flooded streets (he had to take a pedicab to get there) but was wearing sandals. They found him a pair of shoes and made him put them on...but they couldn't find him pants, so the press wrote he wore the designated black trousers, but that the pants had a stripe down the side...of course, he wore jogging pants...probably the same ones as in the photo. when QT was visiting Pres.
