J’adore David Lodge. In fact, I recently finished reading Small World, Changing Places’s sequel. So pleased to know that I’m reading in good company.

Changing Places is my most favourite Lodge novel. Prof. Morris Zapp’s uniquely insightful treatment of Eros and Agape in Jane Austen’s “Persuasion” is a classic in its own right.
