    Elizabeth Taylor. I believe the pale boots go with a flower-themed hot pants outfit Miss Taylor wore in 1971. See Decades of Fashion, Harriet Worsley, page 587.

    The more I look at the photos the more I think it is Jane Fonda. The worn cow boy boots and the fringey pants make be think of her.
