I was just about to e-mail the crocs link. I think all of us who have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to point out how horrible these shoes truly are deserve a pat on the back and nice reward. I suggest we all go and buy ourselves a nice pair of shoes that are not plastic. Many stock market analysts have been souring on CROX as a stock lately, suggesting the forecast for continued double digit growth was unrealistic and unsustainable. No less than Jim Cramer of Mad Money featured the stock as a sell this week. I read this a few weeks ago, I can no longer recall where and I quote verbatim … The company pinned their hopes on the mammoth to continue pumping up sales in the winter months when sales are slack. But when the shoe was slammed in a prominent fashion blog; one visited by thousands of people every day and the writings was on the wall” Now who could that prominent blogger be?e? I wonder how the sales of the mammoth actually went? The store where I first saw them has them pushed way in the back of the store, and it looks like the display is still quite full. Let’s hope this signals the beginning of the end of the crocs

Ayyyyy!
You are right! Clearly the Manolo was in the different world when he titled this post. It has been corrected. Many thanks for alerting the Manolo to his ridiculous error.

My grandaughter’s evil alternate grandmother recently bought the child (12) a pair of crocs. Oh what to do!
Fortunately, the child thinks they are funny and is rather hard on them. I don’t expect them to last long. I think the alternate grandmother wears them also.
