Although, niggling nerd note: wouldn't space couture, (i.e. zero-g couture) require that the outfits create interesting lines when freed from gravity's cruel pull AND cover the necessary bits from every angle? Six Barbarella lookalikes with bobbing knees and asking themselves: Do I really get enough money for this ridiculous display? What was the point of this fashion show? Will gogo girls still look like gogo girls in 500 years? In 500 years we'll all have genetically enhanced superbodies, we'll have wings and will be able to fly which will drive the coat industry pretty mad. Some of us will have gills and swim with the dolphins. And gogo girls will still look like they do now. Only with optional wings or gills. Prove me wrong - none of us is going to know.
