OMG Cassandra! i totally thought the same thing. if you compare side by side, they are IDENTICAL! the laces are the same, shadows, everything! How shady is that??

Tacco = heel in Italian. Why “Miss Fred” I don’t know, but Louboutin often names his shoes descriptively in Italian (e.g. Zeppo/a=wedge).
