Dear Manolo, after I saw this post I ordered a copy for a dear friend who will indeed love the book. But my order confirmation says it will take 2-3 weeks to ship–which means it won’t arrive in time for Christmas. Sigh.

Cannot the Manolo get the Consolation of the Shoes onto the Amazon for the easy one-click ordering that all his fans rely on for their gifting needs? I have to think that there would be many more sales if this were done!
