Funny how back in the unenlightened 40s and 50s, the biggest female movie stars -- Crawford, Stanwyck, Bette Davis, Susan Hawyard, Loretta Young -- seemed to be so much more varied in looks and style than the skinny blondes we seem to run to now (talented though many of them undoubtedly are). Wow, she was gorgeous, wasn’t she?
