Manolo says, what better way to keep the mid-winter blues at bay then with the beautiful and dynamic metallic fuchsia shoes from the Johnathan Kelsey?

I am all for color being originally from the islands and all. I simply hate the SAD season. I also like the color fuchsia__a lot. But not on these shoes though. The many straps and buckles feel convoluted to me. Is it a “shoe” or is it a sandal? Looks like bondage couleur chic. It confuses my left brain with my right brain. I got my fuchsia fix from Christian Louboutin’s Joli Noeud Satin Slides__ delectable.
Now the purple Ralph Lauren number featured yesterday, that made me gasp__ audibly.
Ooh! Pink. Shiny. Pretty.
Ah! These are identical in design to the gold pair from his fall line that I acquired on sale. Jonathan Kelsey makes beautiful shoes in unbelievable colors.

Agreed Texasexile…This style is currently Imelda’s Shoe of the Week. Imelda says “Jonathon Kelsey’s star has been strapped to the side of a scud missile and aimed straight at planet Louboutin”
oh my. those shoes just made my feet scream with anticipation. Unfortunately, my wallet fainted at the price tag.
being a broke college student would be so much easier to bear if I hated shoes.
The shoe whore’s prayer:
God, grant me the serenity to accept the shoes I cannot afford; the courage to charge the ones I can; and the wisdom to know the difference.
Wow! Although some may accuse me of being too much the admiring fan, but I must say, this yet another example of the Manolo’s exquisite taste in shoes.
This is a remarkably structured work of art. It is not just “closet worthy”; it is “tent worthy”, as in, I would raise a tent to store it in inside temporarily were I to run out of closet space.
Ooo….and that little side cutout through which one can glimpse the lovely curving arch of the feets — very sexy, but in a clever, subtle way!
those things look like they’d go out and have fun with or without me.
I love the heel, it looks like a Bauhaus drawing of a woman on a Diving Board. There are some shoes that would be a shame in “Plain Black”, this is one of them.
C’mon, those are ugly. And would still be ugly in any other color or finish.
Oh My God, shoe orgasm!!! They. Are. Hot.
They are lovely. I saw them, “in person”, while in NYC this weekend. However hot Kelsey is at the moment, we still must give proper credit to G. Zanotti, who originally came up with this design. He has similar gold and black patent, mary janes gone wild, which he reintroduced this season. They are essentially the same shoe, and are being copied here.
