I’d say Linsday Lohan for sure. I saw her in the blue boots somewhere. But the red carpet photo with the blue train and strappy stilletos doesn’t seem to be her.

With all of the concrete, I feel like it’s someone who spends a lot of time on LA streets and might perhaps be famous for being famous … and then she ends up on the red carpet. But perhaps that’s a narrative imposed by the left-right organization of the photos. I have no idea whose shoes!
