OK, does anyone know where this whole “toe in” thing started? I see it all over the place now and I don’t understand it. As a pose, it has no glamour or charm at all; if we suddenly have an epidemic of dislocated hips among women between the ages of 18 and 30, then I think that is cause for the Centers of Disease Control to take action.

Definitely Miley Cyrus. My first instinct was Paris too, but Paris wears a size 11. Those do not look like size 11 feet. Also, I recognize those socks that Miley wore.
